At the beginning of The Global Good Fund Fellowship Program, each Fellow is paired with a Leadership Development Coach (LDC). As the Fellow’s real first line of contact, the LDC helps to interpret and internalize their 360 Mirror Leadership Development Assessment results, and use that feedback as a key component of building his/her Leadership Development Plan (LDP). This process occurs over a series of seven conversations between January-May.


Co-Lead LDC Ronni Hendel-Giller is a certified coach with the NeuroLeadership Group and also a Barrett Values Center Consultant. She is a graduate of Hebrew University in Jerusalem and holds a Masters Degree in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University.


LDC Kevin Lamb is the Senior Advisor for Organizational Effectiveness at Catholic Relief Services (CRS).  He is an experienced planner, facilitator, project manager and executive coach. Kevin is passionate about helping individuals, teams and entire organizations to adapt and thrive by focusing on both performance and organizational health. He also played a lead role in planning and establishing Carnegie Mellon’s Silicon Valley campus at the NASA Research Park in Mountain View, California.


LDC Cliff Kayser works in organizational development, executive coaching, and leadership training. He is VP and Partner of Polarity Partnerships LLC, where he serves as the Dean of the 2-year Mastery and Coaching Programs in Polarity Thinking. He holds an MA in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management from American University, a BA in History and Business from Lenoir-Rhyne University, and is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership Coaching Program.


LDC Lizann Peyton is an experienced NGO consultant, specializing in strategic planning, leadership development, stakeholder engagement, and building the governance and staff capacity of small and medium-size organizations to ensure their sustainability. Lizann holds a Masters in Organization and Management from Antioch New England Graduate School and has consulted to the NGO sector since 1997. She is a nationally certified Core Capacity Assessment facilitator.


LDC Constance Aguayo is the managing principal consultant at Aguayo Group, which specializes in professional coaching for leadership in business and life. She is extensively experienced in organization and culture change, leadership and executive coaching. Her undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychology and quality management were conferred by Spelman College and Loyola University New Orleans, respectively.


LDC Shawn Boockoff has expertise in organizational leadership, professional coaching and Agile Leadership and Coaching. He holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership. Shawn is a  Somatic Coach (SISC), an executive and team coach (ICF ACC) and a Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance).


LDC Russ Watts guides leaders to reach their potential by using mindfulness, ability to assess situations and behaviors objectively, compassion, humor and authentic support. In his training as an executive coach, he discovered the body as a powerful ally for learning and growth. Russ holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership Coach training. He holds an ACC level of certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF).


LDC Brenda Harrington is the founder of Adaptive Leadership Strategies, LLC. She works with organizations to improve performance by helping leaders and key individual contributors work with greater agility and expand leadership capacity. Brenda completed Leadership Coach training at Georgetown University, and is certified by the International Coach Federation. She is also certified by the Thunderbird School of Global Management to facilitate the Global Mindset Inventory.


LDC Lauren Edelstein is a coach, trainer, and facilitator with expertise in conflict management and negotiation. Lauren teaches upper level undergraduate courses in conflict management and negotiation at the University of Maryland and is also on the faculty of the Washington Hospital Center’s Center for Ethics. Lauren received an MA from Georgetown University in Conflict Resolution and completed mediation certification through the Northern Virginia Mediation Service.



John Eisenschmidt is a leader, technical consultant (certified PMP®, CSM, CSP, and ICP-ACC), and entrepreneur. For nearly 20 years, he has coached individuals and teams towards greater agility within corporations, nonprofits, higher education and the federal government. As a Leadership Development Coach, John believes that "leader" is more than a designation or title, and that leaders take responsibility for their own development. He is a Strozzi Institute certified Somatic Coach (SISC), an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator. John is a graduate of the George Mason University School of Business. 


Co-Lead LDC Peter Wolff is a management consultant and facilitator on the topics of leadership, team collaboration and organizational design. He provides experiential learning for teams to increase emotional and social intelligence, and engage in co-creating high-performance culture. A native of San Francisco, Wolff earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech, and worked as an innovation manager at Mercedes-Benz Research in Palo Alto.


LDC Maryl C. Levine has expertise in executive coaching for CEOs and social entrepreneurs in the U.S. and in developing countries, including management and organizational development experience. Maryl is an Executive Coach from the Behavioral Coaching Institute.


LDC R Mahesh Iyer is a graduate from SRCC, Delhi University and Rank Chartered Accountant with 40 years’ experience in CXO positions in various functional capacities both with Indian and Global MNCs. Currently, he is a Corporate Trainer, Coach and Motivational speaker who blends industry experience and methodologies to deliver high impact value management to cross-functional teams and businesses.


LDC Margaret Cary is an executive coach for leaders and their teams. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and graduate of Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching program, working with leaders in private industry, medical centers, professional associations and pharma. She co-founded and co-directs A Whole New Doctor, a program that adds value to medical education through experiential learning and coaching.



Nelson Carcamo is a Leadership Development Coach. He has business process senior leadership experience and is the Founder of NC Consulting eNTERPRISES, Inc., a Coaching and consulting firm dedicated to empower leaders true potential and purpose. Nelson holds two MBA’s in Global Management and International Business and a Leadership Professional Certificate from Harvard University. He is a Certified Human Behavioral – DISC Consultant from Personality Insights Institute and serves in the John Maxwell organization as Executive Director.


LDC Brenda Lawrence is a coach, facilitator and consultant. She is a certified partner with the John Maxwell Team. Additionally, she is certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California Southern University and Chief Information Officer Certification from National Defense University.



Julie Winkle Giulioni is the co-founder and principal of DesignArounds. She is an author and speaker on performance improvement, leadership, sales, and customer service. Julie is the co-author of the bestseller, Help Them Grow or Watch Them Go: Career Conversations Employees Want.


LDC Anna Maria Larsen is the founder of Lumenis Partners, an executive coaching and retained executive search practice based in VA. Anna Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree from Trinity University in Washington, D.C. as well as a certificate in Organizational Leadership and Not-For-Profit Management from Harvard University. She is a certified Leadership Coach from Georgetown University and is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation.


LDC Rashmi Ripley specializes in leadership coaching with startups and SMEs. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and holds the following certifications: Hogan Personality Assessment Certification, Leadership Circle Profile 360 Certification and Leadership System Certification.


LDC Kathleen Ross is a senior human resources and organizational leader and advisor. Her expertise spans across multiple industries including start-ups, IPO’s, Private Equity funds, and organization intervention and redesign.  She is an Adjunct Faculty at George Washington University.



Yemi Adeeko is a Certified John Maxwell Trainer, Speaker, Coach and Empowerment Mentor. She finds her passion in helping others in their personal growth and on their journey to realize their full potential. She is a registered Veterinary Surgeon and obtained a Master’s degree in Toxicology. She holds an Extended Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.


LDC Tiffany Green is a thought leader who brings organization development expertise specifically in team engagements, organization design, talent management and leadership development. She has served as the lead and project manager for whole scale change initiatives across multiple organizations. She is a Certified Executive Coach, MBTI Certified, and has Project Management Certification.

Marietta Vis


Personal, team and organizational learning has been Marietta's focus since she graduated from Leyden University (the Netherlands). Form and shape varied from teaching at the university to consulting for Dutch central government, building a corporate academy, to coaching educational leaders. The transition she made from a cognitive model of learning to embodied learning shaped the past 5 years. As a student and teacher of yoga and as a somatic coach. Jim Sims


Jim Sims is an executive leadership coach whose first career spanned over three decades in the legal profession, during which he trained, mentored, and coached countless people with diverse backgrounds. Jim served on his firm’s professional development, professional evaluation, associates, and intra-office relations committees, participated heavily in the firm’s recruiting process at many levels, and captained a number of community service volunteer teams.  Jim has also worked in numerous volunteer capacities for the American Bar Association, provided pro bono legal service to dozens of clients, and served on several nonprofit boards, including the American Hospice Foundation, the Mid-Atlantic Association for Imago Relationship Therapists, and most recently the Metro Washington, DC Charter Chapter of the International Coach Federation.

Jeffrey N. Balin


In addition to extensive experience with accomplished visionary leaders worldwide, Jeff brings passion and insight to the next generation of business leaders through professional and leadership development instruction, and coaching with students at the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business. In 2002, he founded an executive coaching and consulting practice focused on purpose-based leadership development, support, training and facilitation for leaders and their teams. Since then, he has worked with hundreds of socially-minded professionals, business thought-leaders and mission-based organizations.

Laura brings proven expertise in executive coaching, team effectiveness, and strategy implementation to her coaching clients.
