RONNI HENDEL-GILLERCo-Lead LDC Ronni Hendel-Giller is a certified coach with the NeuroLeadership Group and also a Barrett Values Center Consultant. She is a graduate of Hebrew University in Jerusalem and holds a Masters Degree in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University.
KEVIN LAMBLDC Kevin Lamb is the Senior Advisor for Organizational Effectiveness at Catholic Relief Services (CRS). He is an experienced planner, facilitator, project manager and executive coach. Kevin is passionate about helping individuals, teams and entire organizations to adapt and thrive by focusing on both performance and organizational health. He also played a lead role in planning and establishing Carnegie Mellon’s Silicon Valley campus at the NASA Research Park in Mountain View, California.
CLIFF KAYSERLDC Cliff Kayser works in organizational development, executive coaching, and leadership training. He is VP and Partner of Polarity Partnerships LLC, where he serves as the Dean of the 2-year Mastery and Coaching Programs in Polarity Thinking. He holds an MA in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management from American University, a BA in History and Business from Lenoir-Rhyne University, and is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership Coaching Program.
LIZANN PEYTONLDC Lizann Peyton is an experienced NGO consultant, specializing in strategic planning, leadership development, stakeholder engagement, and building the governance and staff capacity of small and medium-size organizations to ensure their sustainability. Lizann holds a Masters in Organization and Management from Antioch New England Graduate School and has consulted to the NGO sector since 1997. She is a nationally certified Core Capacity Assessment facilitator.
CONSTANCE AGUAYOLDC Constance Aguayo is the managing principal consultant at Aguayo Group, which specializes in professional coaching for leadership in business and life. She is extensively experienced in organization and culture change, leadership and executive coaching. Her undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychology and quality management were conferred by Spelman College and Loyola University New Orleans, respectively.
SHAWN BOOCKHOFFLDC Shawn Boockoff has expertise in organizational leadership, professional coaching and Agile Leadership and Coaching. He holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership. Shawn is a Somatic Coach (SISC), an executive and team coach (ICF ACC) and a Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance).
RUSS WATTSLDC Russ Watts guides leaders to reach their potential by using mindfulness, ability to assess situations and behaviors objectively, compassion, humor and authentic support. In his training as an executive coach, he discovered the body as a powerful ally for learning and growth. Russ holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership Coach training. He holds an ACC level of certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
BRENDA HARRINGTONLDC Brenda Harrington is the founder of Adaptive Leadership Strategies, LLC. She works with organizations to improve performance by helping leaders and key individual contributors work with greater agility and expand leadership capacity. Brenda completed Leadership Coach training at Georgetown University, and is certified by the International Coach Federation. She is also certified by the Thunderbird School of Global Management to facilitate the Global Mindset Inventory.
LAUREN EDELSTEINLDC Lauren Edelstein is a coach, trainer, and facilitator with expertise in conflict management and negotiation. Lauren teaches upper level undergraduate courses in conflict management and negotiation at the University of Maryland and is also on the faculty of the Washington Hospital Center’s Center for Ethics. Lauren received an MA from Georgetown University in Conflict Resolution and completed mediation certification through the Northern Virginia Mediation Service.
JOHN EISENSCHMIDTLDC John Eisenschmidt is a project management and leadership professional focused on streamlining and improving processes for various commercial and government organizations. He has vast experience in business process reengineering, change management, individual and team coaching and builds cohesive teams committed to achieving project and organizational objectives.
PETER WOLFFCo-Lead LDC Peter Wolff is a management consultant and facilitator on the topics of leadership, team collaboration and organizational design. He provides experiential learning for teams to increase emotional and social intelligence, and engage in co-creating high-performance culture. A native of San Francisco, Wolff earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech, and worked as an innovation manager at Mercedes-Benz Research in Palo Alto.
MARYL LEVINELDC Maryl C. Levine has expertise in executive coaching for CEOs and social entrepreneurs in the U.S. and in developing countries, including management and organizational development experience. Maryl is an Executive Coach from the Behavioral Coaching Institute.
R MAHESH IYERLDC R Mahesh Iyer is a graduate from SRCC, Delhi University and Rank Chartered Accountant with 40 years’ experience in CXO positions in various functional capacities both with Indian and Global MNCs. Currently, he is a Corporate Trainer, Coach and Motivational speaker who blends industry experience and methodologies to deliver high impact value management to cross-functional teams and businesses.
MARGARET CARYLDC Margaret Cary is an executive coach for leaders and their teams. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and graduate of Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching program, working with leaders in private industry, medical centers, professional associations and pharma. She co-founded and co-directs A Whole New Doctor, a program that adds value to medical education through experiential learning and coaching.
Nelson Carcamo is a Leadership Development Coach. He has business process senior leadership experience and is the Founder of NC Consulting eNTERPRISES, Inc., a Coaching and consulting firm dedicated to empower leaders true potential and purpose. Nelson holds two MBA’s in Global Management and International Business and a Leadership Professional Certificate from Harvard University. He is a Certified Human Behavioral – DISC Consultant from Personality Insights Institute and serves in the John Maxwell organization as Executive Director.

KATHLEEN ROSSLDC Kathleen Ross is a senior human resources and organizational leader and advisor. Her expertise spans across multiple industries including start-ups, IPO’s, Private Equity funds, and organization intervention and redesign. She is an Adjunct Faculty at George Washington University.
Yemi Adeeko is a Certified John Maxwell Trainer, Speaker, Coach and Empowerment Mentor. She finds her passion in helping others in their personal growth and on their journey to realize their full potential. She is a registered Veterinary Surgeon and obtained a Master’s degree in Toxicology. She holds an Extended Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.
