LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COACHES

DESCRIPTION:

At the beginning of The Global Good Fund Fellowship Program, each Fellow is paired with a Leadership Development Coach (LDC). As the Fellow’s real first line of contact, the LDC helps to interpret and internalize their 360 Mirror Leadership Development Assessment results, and use that feedback as a key component of building his/her Leadership Development Plan (LDP).
