JOB DESCRIPTION
The Global Good Fund is seeking a resourceful, self-motivated individual with experience managing social impact fellowship programs to lead the Global Good Fund’s Programs team. The Senior Program Director (SPD) will report to the VP of Operations. The SPD will oversee GGF’s Fellowship and program strategy. Primary duties will include managing the GGF Program Manager, growing GGF’s Fellowship Program to support more social entrepreneurs, and developing and executing an alumni engagement.
More specifically, the SPD will be responsible for the following:
Fellowship Program Development and Management
● Strategic implementation for Fellowship Program design and evolution
● Guide & supervise GGF Program Manager
● Finding & stewarding strategic partnerships to help expand Fellowship reach and offerings
● Recruit, retain, and train Mentors for GGF Fellowship program
● Social Impact measurement and reporting to the GGF Board & Senior Leadership
● Support Program Manager in the Search and Selection process and execution
● Design philanthropic and grant proposals as it relates to expanding the GGF fellowship
Fellowship and Alumni Event Planning & Engagement Strategy
● Oversee budgeting and planning process for the annual summit and fellowship specific events/engagements
● Design and support program manager in executing all aspects of the annual summit and fellowship events
Alumni Engagement
● Design and implement an alumni engagement strategy
● Design and support program manager in executing a 10-year reunion and subsequent alumni engagements
Other Responsibilities
● Strategic planning for the Fellowship program’s vision in the future
● Representing GGF at community-wide or relevant events and/or speaking on behalf of the organization
● Work with VP of Operations and Development to report and measure social impact and founder priorities
● Other items & responsibilities as outlined by the VP of Operations

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
● 10+ years of relevant work experience required; including but not limited to global fellowship management, social impact expertise, and entrepreneurship
● Working with an international and global audience
● Experience working with underrepresented & BIPOC communities
● Experience working with impact & social measurement tools
● Commitment to IDEA – Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access
● Familiarity or experience in the social entrepreneurship sector preferred – Demonstrates a “growth mindset,” eager to test new ideas
● Functions effectively within a remote team structure
