THEORY OF CHANGE

Inclusive leadership development and access to resources — alongside the integration of a purpose-driven framework into traditional business models — are critical to scaling positive social impact locally and globally.

VALIDATING OUR APPROACH

We worked with Emory University, as part of an initiative funded by The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, to study the connection between our strategic activities and expected outcomes in leadership development, enterprise growth, and social impact compared to 52 other accelerator programs.

SOME HIGHLIGHTS:

  • >>  GGF Fellows running for-profit social enterprises generate three times the revenue of participants in the benchmark peer group.
  • >>  GGF Fellows running nonprofits raise three times the philanthropic dollars compared to the benchmark peer group.

OUR CORE VALUES

Our values embody GGF’s culture and spirit, and help us make decisions about everything from the Fellows we serve, the staff we hire, the types of partnerships we seek, and the new initiatives we launch.

JOIN FORCES.

Change begins with one person, one donation or one idea, and together, we create a ripple effect of lasting social impact.

DO GOOD. BE GOOD.

Act with integrity, humility and compassion, especially when nobody’s watching.

LIVE LEADERSHIP.

Be the change you want to see in the world; empower others to do the same.

THINK FLEXIBLY.

We break the rules, change perspective and get creative; resistance never led to innovation.

ACT INTENTIONALLY.

Purpose drives our decision making and guides our storytelling.

Your investments of time and resources allow GGF to empower innovators who are transforming society for the benefit of all. We’re just getting started.
