Peter Page

As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SageWater, Peter has spent more than three decades leading the company’s growth, establishing it as the nation’s industry leader for plumbing and mechanical infrastructure solutions in multifamily apartment and condominium communities. He works closely with the executive team, bringing an innovative spirit and strong customer advocacy that has fueled SageWater’s expansion into new markets and service areas—making it easier and more economical for clients to protect their investments and enhance the quality of life in their communities. A lifelong entrepreneur, Peter has co-founded or invested in numerous businesses beyond SageWater. He serves as Chair of the Board for The Global Good Fund, is a Board Member of Global Good x Amani Consulting, and mentors social entrepreneurs through The Global Good Fund. An avid outdoorsman and adventure seeker, Peter often spends time exploring the backcountry.

Paige Dickow

Paige Skidmore Dickow is an accomplished executive and board leader with over three decades of experience spanning human resources, executive compensation, and strategic consulting. A Certified Public Accountant and graduate of the University of Georgia, Paige spent nearly 15 years at BlackRock as a Managing Director of Human Resources, following leadership roles at Fireman’s Fund, Valley Media, Hewitt Associates, and KPMG. Today, Paige applies her expertise as an investor, coach, and volunteer, holding leadership roles across multiple nonprofit boards. She serves as Chair of the Board for Global Good x Amani Consulting and sits on The Global Good Fund’s Development Committee, mentoring social entrepreneurs worldwide. Additionally, she is a long-serving trustee of Darlington School, where she has held key financial leadership positions, and a board member at Star Academy. Paige brings a strategic, operational, and financial lens to her work, helping mission-driven organizations grow their impact sustainably.

Jonathan Desjardins
Mohamed Karama

Mohamed Karama is a seasoned board member and consulting leader with over 25 years of experience building and leading advisory organizations across the United States and more than 20 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. He has served in key Board and Executive leadership roles, including Acting Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Advisory Leader, Partner, and Vice President for both publicly listed and privately held multinational companies. Mohamed specializes in guiding organizations through the full strategy-to-execution lifecycle, with a focus on the financial services and government sectors. His consulting expertise includes digital transformation initiatives spanning ERP systems, core banking modernization, FinTech innovation, cloud migration, and advanced analytics. He is deeply committed to staying at the forefront of technology, continually expanding his professional education around Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning. Combining strategic vision with operational excellence, Mohamed helps organizations drive innovation, manage complex transformations, and achieve sustainable growth. He joined the Board of Global Good x Amani Consulting in March 2024.

Roshan Paul

Roshan Paul is a social innovation leader with over two decades of experience building cross-cultural solutions to global challenges. He co-founded Amani Institute, an award-winning organization that has helped nearly 10,000 people from 65 countries launch and grow careers in social impact. Earlier, Roshan spent nearly a decade at Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, helping develop global initiatives to support leading social entrepreneurs. A graduate of Davidson College and the Harvard Kennedy School, he is the co-author of The New Reason to Work and a frequent speaker on social innovation and leadership. Roshan serves on the Board of Global Good x Amani Consulting, supporting mission-driven organizations to achieve lasting impact.

Joe Steensma

Joseph Steensma is a scientist, entrepreneur, and educator whose career spans public health, business, and environmental research. He has founded and led multiple companies focused on health innovation and currently serves on the faculty of the Brown School at Washington University, where he helps translate scientific discoveries into market-based public health solutions. A former president of the Board of Health in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Joe was instrumental in passing one of the nation’s earliest comprehensive public smoking bans. His research explores the connections between economics, environmental degradation, and human health. An avid outdoorsman and author, Joe’s latest project is A Field Guide to the Birds of North Andros Island.
