Created in collaboration with Yale University, PwC and Deloitte, the 360 MIRROR Assessment is the foundation of The Global Good Fund’s leadership development offering. Specifically designed for social entrepreneurs, this assessment reflects a panoramic view of one’s leadership skills.
Upon completion of the 360 MIRROR, LEAP entrepreneurs will work with a professional Executive Coach for three months, in a group setting, to frame their results and define their development priorities in a Leadership Development Plan (LDP).
Entrepreneurs will meet in bi-weekly sessions with a Business Mentor for three months. The Mentor serves as an accountability partner, challenging the leader to complete his or her LDP and providing consistent support. Additionally, seminars will be offered in marketing, building talent and capital development.
