Scaling our social impact by supporting more entrepreneurs

MISSION + PURPOSE

EMORY UNIVERSITY STUDIED + VALIDATED OUR THEORY OF CHANGE:

WHEN YOU INVEST IN THE LEADERSHIP OF A YOUNG SOCIAL ENTREPRENEUR, THAT ENTREPRENEUR WILL BECOME A MORE EFFECTIVE BUSINESS LEADER WHO POSITIVELY IMPACTS THE WORLD.

ON THE HEELS OF THIS STUDY WE’RE ITCHING TO SCALE OUR SOCIAL IMPACT, AND FOR US, THAT MEANS SUPPORTING MORE SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURS. WE CREATED THE LEAP PROGRAM TO SERVE MORE BRILLIANT INNOVATORS, WHOSE ENTERPRISES WILL PROSPER WITH ADDITIONAL LEADERSHIP SUPPORT.

THE GLOBAL GOOD FUND INVITED SELECT ENTREPRENEURS TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR LEAP PROGRAM. THESE ENTREPRENEURS COMMIT TO OUR 6-MONTH VIRTUAL PROGRAM, FOCUSED ON LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT.

WE SUPPORT LEAP ENTREPRENEURS WITH OUR PROVEN METHODS OF IMPACT: EXECUTIVE COACHING, BUSINESS MENTORSHIP, AND ACCESS TO A NETWORK OF PEERS AND SECTOR EXPERTISE TO ACCELERATE THEIR GROWTH AND IMPACT.

PROGRAM ELEMENTS

360 Assessment

Created in collaboration with Yale University, PwC and Deloitte, the 360 MIRROR Assessment is the foundation of The Global Good Fund’s leadership development offering. Specifically designed for social entrepreneurs, this assessment reflects a panoramic view of one’s leadership skills.

Leadership Plan + Coaching

Upon completion of the 360 MIRROR, LEAP entrepreneurs will work with a professional Executive Coach for three months, in a group setting, to frame their results and define their development priorities in a Leadership Development Plan (LDP).

Executive Coaching + Business Mentorship

Entrepreneurs will meet in bi-weekly sessions with a Business Mentor for three months. The Mentor serves as an accountability partner, challenging the leader to complete his or her LDP and providing consistent support.
